Stephanie Partida

Stephanie D. Partida, LCSW, LCADC, is a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Rooted in her Christian faith and guided by a deep commitment to ethical, compassionate care, she specializes in supporting individuals facing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, trauma, and domestic violence. Stephanie believes in the transformative power of grace, truth, and restoration and often integrates spiritual reframes, prayer, and biblical principles into her therapeutic work when aligned with client values. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Alabama (2005), a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Francis Marion University (2000), and an Associate’s degree in Human Services and Education from Southwest Virginia Community College (1998). She is certified as a Recovery-Oriented Addiction Professional through NAADAC (2016) and holds NPI #1184182875. Born in the Appalachian region of Southwest Virginia, Stephanie was shaped by the close-knit values of her community and enduring faith traditions. Her heart’s desire is to create an atmosphere where everyone feels seen, valued, and spiritually supported, where healing is not only clinical but sacred. Her skills include assessments and intakes, therapeutic relationship building, treatment planning, and facilitating groups for anger management, domestic violence, and substance use. Trained in EMDR, DBT, EFT, crisis intervention, trauma care, and equine therapy, Stephanie is also a certified Domestic Violence Provider by the State of Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health. She serves as President Chair, Therapist, and Founder of Steadfast Minds Counseling, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit established December 2024, and is also Clinical Director, Therapist, and Founder of Encounters Counseling and Recovery, established December 2021.

Della Frank

Della Frank is a graduate of Christ for the Nations Bible Institute with an Associate of Practical Theology degree. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education in World Languages (Spanish) with a minor in Physical Education from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a Master of Education in Advanced Teaching and Leadership with an emphasis in Administration from Sierra Nevada College.She is a commissioned staff worker with the International Church of Las Vegas, an ordained Chaplain for Messages of Faith Ministry, and a CPT graduate. Della serves as Chair of the Education Working Group for the Mayor’s Faith Initiative and sits on the advisory board for the Nevada Indian Commission. She has provided workforce training, served Native American communities, and contributed to human trafficking prevention initiatives across Nevada for over 19 years

Dr. Candy Marie Crawford, Ph.D, CSW Intern

Dr. Candy Marie Crawford is an educator, behavioral health specialist, and advocate for neurodiverse populations. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from Temple University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California. Her experience spans education, behavioral consulting, program leadership, and trauma-informed clinical care. She integrates CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and Brainspotting in her work and has served in leadership roles supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health conditions.

Zoila Pinto

Kirstin Charter

Kirstin Charter is a passionate mental health counseling graduate with experience in psychology, behavioral science, rehabilitation, and recovery services. She has served in numerous county roles, including Clark County School District, specialty courts, Child Protective Services, juvenile justice systems, and as a Medicaid service provider since 2011.
